• The price for shipping is free Australia wide.
• We use a variety of freight services to suit all customer locations and type of purchase, for this reason we are unable to except PO Boxes as a delivery address. 
• When your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email which will include your tracking number.  
• All parcels require a signature on delivery unless unless requested otherwise. 
• When an authority to leave parcels unattended on checkout process, you acknowledge that Heidi Leeding Art Gallery will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel. 

• Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location. All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours. Please allow 5-6 business days for standard delivery from Australia Post. 
• Please allow extra delivery time during sale or busy periods due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays for holiday periods. 
• We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only. 

 

SHIPPING CANVAS ART DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL 

• ALL canvas art will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks as time is needed for safe and secure packaging requirements or unless framing is being done.
• All art will be sent using a specialised art courier service. 
  All art delivery times will vary according to your location and the courier service.
• Please allow extra time for delivery during sale or busy periods due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays for holiday periods. 
• We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only. 

• At Heidi Leeding Art Gallery we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. All parcels are packed with the utmost of care 
• If damaged in any way at arrival we are happy to refund your money if proof of damage can be documented and photographed for evidence. 
• so we are able to best assist you please email your issue, order number, images of the fault with a description to heidileedingart.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
• Any faulty or damaged returns must be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days or no returns can be accepted. 
• Heidi Leeding will not accept returns,  when a product is not returned in its original packaging such as bubble wrap and fragile sticker from Australia Post. 
• Also if the product is returned outside of the timeframe as stated above no returns will be accepted. 

                           Looking after your Art

• Make sure your art is kept clean and free from dust only use soft cloth to clean no detergent.
• Keep all art away from direct sunlight/heat as too much light can cause  colour fading and deterioration. Keep tiles away from light/ heat as this can effect resin causing it to yellow and peel. 
• Any mishandling like chips and dents once purchased and received in good order are not our responsibility.
• keep your art in a well ventilated room away from chemicals and smoke.

We are not responsible and do not exchange or return money if these care duties are not attended to and will only offer compensation within and not after 30 days of purchase set by The Consumer Laws within Australia.
